Sam Shaber is from New York City and has a degree in music from Cornell university. She has been touring the country as of late including this performance of "El Dorado and Rain and Sunshine" at Java Joes coffee house in Ocen Beach, California.

She has had several feature writings for Music magazines including Musician, Perfoming Songwriter, Acoustic Guitar and Home Recording, as well as a chapter in a book called 'Songwriting and the Guitar'.

Sam was also recently voted one the top female performers of 2000.
